No decision to close educational institutions: Education Minister
Education Minister Deepu Mani said, "No decision has been taken so far to close the educational institutions. The corona outbreak has to be tackled by maintaining normal life by following as much hygiene as possible. That is our decision. But if necessary, it must be decided to close the educational institution. ’
This was stated by Education Minister Deepu Mani in response to a question from reporters at the Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) in Savar around 11.30pm today.
The Education Minister was the Chief Guest at the inauguration of the first special basic training course of officials of the Department of Education Engineering for two months organized by BPATC. On the occasion, BPATC Rector Ramendra Nath Biswas, Course Advisor Md. Mohsin Ali, trainee-officer and other BPATC officials were present. At the end of the event, the Education Minister answered various questions from reporters.
